Canon Cameras 450D(Rebel XSi) is my first digital SLR and was recommended by a friend who has 40D. I am very happy with the camera body. I like the screen with live view and 12mp. Addition is made of Canon Cameras 450D better than 1000D, which has plastic feel. Rechargeable battery supplied with the package is long lasting.

The 18-55mm lens supplied is for general use and versatile. However, I recommend buying the 17-85mm lens instead of the 18-55mm lens base for 17-85mm USM focusing is much faster and can also be used with the filters and the hood of the camera. However, this update of the lens will cost you a fortune.

I have also bought APO Sigma 70-300 1.8 telephoto lens and lens 50MM. I liked 1.8 that is a must to buy! The most use the 17-85mm lens for all purposes and planning to improve to 24-105mm soon.

Canon Cameras 450D ideal if your budget is tight or the beginner. It offers value for money. I bought mine from Amazon and was absolutely delighted with the service.

Canon Cameras 450D – 400D Excellent Update

I was previously using an EOS 400D and before that, a 300D, who died suddenly.

There are a number of features that I would recommend the 1000D, which is equivalent to the 400D and is the most basic model.

In short, this feels like a much better camera. The screen is bigger and brighter. The main improvements are the addition of spot metering, which strangely does not have the 400D. This allows measurement of light to be taken from a central location in the center of the viewfinder. Very useful and, in my opinion, more than one site on the 400D.

The way of life for many would be useful. the Canon Cameras 450D(Rebel XSi) now behaves more like a digital camera and less like an SLR and the image can be “previewed” on the screen before taking the picture. Now I am used to using the viewfinder to build my image, but this is a welcome addition.

This camera does NOT come with an image stabilization lens that comes at a price and is well worth it from what I can see.

The photos are brighter than the 400D. This camera gives a more reassuring click the 400D.

The more technical features such as rear curtain, etc, which were more difficult to access the 400D are now easier. This camera feels heavier, but I think it will stick better.

In fact more than is recommended as an entry level dSLR

THE BODY

this is the first slr camera I have owned myself despite having used others. without going into too much detail the body is very good quality with well laid out and easy to understand buttons. I would have like the grip to be a little more chunky particularly when using the exposure lock and AF selection as it can be slightly awkward although I do have large hands and I am probably being a bit picky.

the body of the camera is light and has more than enough features for someone who is just getting into slr photography.

it has several point and shoot modes such as portrait, macro, sport etc as well as a full auto I guess is ok if you happen across something you need to shoot quickly. however you should really try to avoid these auto modes.

luckily the camera has many program modes including shutter and aperture priority modes which once you master will dramatically improve your photos (particularly the aperture mode)

THE LENS

Unfortunately the lens that comes in this kit is not all that great. it is light and it does seem well built (I dropped mine just the other day and its fine) however its a lot slower to focus than the USM lenses canon offers and that can cause problems at times.

photos can appear a little soft unless shot at the narrower aperture (f16 and above really).

the thing that lets the lens down most in my opinion is the ability to knock the background out of focus. you really have to work hard to get a good amount of blur in the background, your gonna struggle to get good results at anything less than the full 55mm focal length at the widest aperture making it a little poor for macro shots, whilst being just ok for portraits. this lens would be satisfactory if you don’t wanna take photography too seriously but it does limit your results.

CONCLUSION

In my opinion the body is well worth the money and comes in cheaper than some of the equivalent nikon cameras.

as for the lens I would suggest buying the body and choosing a separate lens. I have only owned this camera 3 months and I am already wanting to replace the kit lens. look for a canon USM lens or one of sigma image stabilizer lenses

I can speak as camera probably only for the beginners among you. Previously, I had to find a cheap analog camera concern at e-bay to get you started, and after about a year ago just had what else. Here it was important to me is to get something sensible like that where I have years of enjoyment and purchase a camera and potential when I am more and more well-read and tested.

The Canon Camera 450D is well despite the price still a beginner model, but what she already does in the first moment is just great. The photos differ only slightly from the beginning in a normal digicam, but the more I burrowed my way through the thick manual, guides and tips, the more I get out of this camera. You can make the most incredible things with it once you know how. The next purchase will be a better lens because the Bundled really represents only the base.

The operation is no problem settling for less. It has been felt infinite adjustment possibilities.
The picture quality is absolutely Top

The processing of the camera I see as Apple users against more neutral. I’m just perfectly normal, and I also want pure perfection when I spend a lot of money:). It is nunmal plastic and the edges do not close off completely, but I really am extremely hypercritical and when, once again, look, I just think to myself, even though it is such a rubbish tip:).

Would use for all the people that cares less money and who just want to treat yourself to something fantastic for making really high quality images, and this camera really, it’s the right thing. Someone who really just want to take pictures and preferably, the automatic settings, should perhaps resort to a normal (eg Ixus or so).

I have gained the Camera 450D with 2 kit lenses (18-55mm and 55-250mm), and thus actually a good basic equipment.

First off the camera:

It is beyond the scope, exhaustively list all, for a total of the Camera 450D is already a real miracle. Therefore I will confine myself to points which have struck me particularly.

First there is the image sensor. This is APS-C format, which is slightly smaller than Small. This essentially has the following effects:

A smaller sensor does not take on as much light as a larger, making it at the same resolution is theoretically somewhat greater noise than a full frame sensor. However, an APS-C sensor is still a size of 22.2 x14, 8mm (for comparison, Small or full-frame sensor: 36×24mm). So that is smaller (even smaller than the sensors in Nikon cameras), but if you are honest, especially in comparison to conventional image sensors, compact cameras and even those of Olympus SLRs are still quite large. The advantage of smaller size compared to full frame is first time clearly the price. Here one need only look at an example of Canon’s EOS 5D or 1D models.

The reason why I’m flogging so long on the sensor is that the final choice was for me. The Four Thirds sensor of Olympus (17,3 x13, 0mm) According to my research, provides for a visible but more noise. Since I can not provide a Full frame camera (and I doubt if it is really necessary for my purposes), I feel the sensors of Canon and Nikon outstanding as the best compromise between affordability and real image quality.

And so we were already in the conclusion to the image sensor: As indicated, APS-C is a quite large size and thus in a position to really capture excellent images. To become great with digital cameras all may sound trite, but I would just take pictures as large as with the purely mechanical Praktica on film, knows certain advantages to the digicam, but certainly appreciated. That is what comes with the Camera 450D. To me, it was a dream at last.

In all the great gadgets like LiveView on the LCD, picture styles, and other automatic programs I do not want to dwell. Anyone who chooses a camera for such items should seriously ask themselves whether he really wants to spend all that money for a SLR, or if it does not still a good compact at half price. Much more important is a camera indeed what comes out at the end: the image quality. I also really like the battery: the user base is not easy. If you take the camera into the desert, will assume a more water as the camera of the juice. I think the least- Camera 450D owners will necessarily need a second battery.

Perhaps a few sentences for processing: The case is indeed “only” made of plastic, but it all seems very stable, very firm, grippy, Passig. Plastic should be nothing wrong. For several weeks I am the proud owner of Canon Camera 450D with Kit lens 18-55 IS and 55-250 IS. I am totally thrilled by the fantastic picture quality! The Kit lens is quite OK, but the lines at the extreme tilt angle setting, and it also comes in mild distortion. But if we photographed not only brick walls and houses, I do not think it’s that bad.

The lens of the camera, but to believe in the whole line! The sharpness is excellent and it is so easy that you also use it with joy! Shooting freehand is due to IS (Image Stabilizer), no problem. For me it is a bit of freedom without being able to stand to photograph. Mostly I photograph animals in zoos. The AF is quick, successful and great action shots.

Now to the camera, she convinced me completely on all points. Both image quality and handling. Especially if you have already photographed with Canon, everything seems very logical. I have long practiced the photo with a silver SLR (Minolta and Canon). I made the transition in 2001, with a compact digital Sony: cool, super convenient. But obviously, I am still on my hunger. And now 3 months I made the leap to make: the acquisition of a reflex digital. Canon Camera 450D – Excellent DSLR

Excellent SLR, relatively simple to understand for me who am not at all a pro digital photography, the “Complete Guide Canon Camera 450D JF. Vibert proved very useful. I recommend it for trainees like me! So I could quickly make some nice pictures too difficult to edit in RAW format, after a little learning and a little patience! … I was not dissatisfied with my Panasonic TZ 7, on the contrary, but then we change our world picture. I’m still a novice with digital SLR cameras, but after more than 5,000 images with the Canon Camera 450D (most of them with the 17-85mm IS USM) I want to be a few points of criticism going on:

Advantages:
– 1A processing of housing (small, portable, easy + stable)
– Great price-performance ratio
– Very many features, which you will quickly master
– 70-300mm IS USM is a Madness Lens. Many experts compare it even with the very expensive Canon L lenses (visible in the gray-white color) – great for nature, portraits, etc.

Cons:
– Fairly loud shutter (not necessarily suitable for silent / important occasions!)
– The 17-85mm is not very powerful – I recommend everyone to buy for a 50mm for portraits Fix Focal Lens – the cheap and low light (eg 50mm, 1:1,8) – as the light diminishes (Dawn o. etc.), you almost always need a tripod to shoot really flawless images, on which is also something moving …

Conclusion:
– Freaks come quickly with a small lens to its limits
– For beginners but a great job
– And all who swear by Bridge Cameras: price and picture quality with integer. Lens with a huge zoom range for a while might be nice and facilitate the transition from pocket cams on DSLR, but you get the true feeling photographer mM thus not (not interchangeable!)

Canon Camera 450D – First Impression  Class!

Since early December 2009, after me my first, now almost 9 years old SR digital camera (Olympus C-2500L) left after ca.40.000 pictures, I am in possession of these camera. Just in time for Christmas and New Year. Meanwhile, there are about 2,000 images and I am so far been enthusiastic. The preset programs I have until now used exclusively, for lack of time and convenience. The day only has 24 hours … The images are sharp and make (compared to my old one) a vivid and natural color perception. The battery life is fantastic (first two times around 2.5 hours) on the network.

Many Recordings were with flash and the battery still does not go to their knees. The modes you have to try just once with the same motives, and then compare the results. e.g. Shutter in sport mode is great, last week when I shot sledding sensational shots. To Facilities includes software that I have, however, do not use () with its own programs. The camera fits comfortably in your hand and makes a solid impression. What I miss is a storage pouch or bag for the second Objective. That was 20 years ago during my first analog, then still, SR there. For a good amateur needs definitely a buy recommendation. The only drawback disk fills up at the 9-times the file size per image much faster …
