Apple always send out the best products, there is almost no doubt about this. This applies to all it’s products, including this iPod touch 32GB third generation. It’s sleek design makes for an excellent gift for all ages, or just to reward yourself.

The only lamentation I have is the lack of customization; I’m currently waiting to hack mine to customize many aspects of the product. This is the only complaint I have and it is easily fixable if it is your complaint as well. Considering this, 5/5 stars for the iPod touch!

I have had the iPod touch 32GB for about a month now. the first one had problems with charging so amazon sent another one with 1 day shipping. so far nothing bad has happened. I would recommend buying invisible shield and a protective covering if you want to keep it in good shape. only thing that bother me is the battery life.

while playing games it drains a lot of battery. I usually have it charge it everyday which seems like a lot. other then that its almost perfect, I can listen to my music, watch movies, play games and search on the internet. amazon has the cheapest price for the iPod touch. i use the iPod everyday 270 free shipping with no tax.

iPod touch 32GB – All the fun of an IPhone without having to deal with AT&T

I purchased this iPod touch 32GB a month ago, and couldn’t be more pleased.

Pros:
1) All the Apps of an IPhone without AT&T
2) Connects to wireless networks easily.
3) Internal speaker that I didn’t realize was built in is very nice and has good volume
4) Controls and set-up are very easy to navigate.
5) MUCH less glitchy than the 1st gen IPhone I bought (and 2 months later sold) back in 2007.
6) Battery life is fantastic.

Cons:
1) I cannot at this time connect it to my Linux based computers, so I still have to keep Windows(yuck) on one of them for now.
2) Only charging option (that comes with unit) is via computer (which has to be on). You can buy after-market charger plugs for under $10.

Still, I view this product as a 5 star.

32GB iPod touch 3rd Generation – Upgrading from iPod touch 1st Gen, Wow!

The 32GB iPod touch 3rd Generation is just fantastic compared to my old 8 GB 1st gen iPod touch that still works-though with its limitations. The speed of this new one is so many times faster than the old one, now wi-fi web surfing is very usable with quick page loads within a few seconds.

Other internet apps also load data and screens almost immediately. This alone makes me wish I upgraded sooner. But the new features go way beyond speed…32 GB memory ample for much more music, videos, pictures, apps. Very useful built-in speaker (wish it was louder sometimes), and the new earbuds and mic capability for voice, recording and skype calls.

The included apple earbuds have fairly weak bass response, putting on foam earbud covers helps a lot with the bass. My rating is 4.5 stars–Hoping Apple adds Flash support, doubles the memory, and camera/video capability in the next generation of the iPod touch.

32GB iPod touch 3rd Generation – My Favoritest Gadget Ever!

I got my Apple 32gb ipod touch 3rd generation on Saturday (1/20/10) and it has already proved to be my new best friend.

In no time I had all my music on my computer downloaded – although I have a ton more to go (I’m taking music from cassette’s and putting them on the computer – then to my Ipod) .

My calendar has all my appointments in it and by setting the notification alert – it already saved me from being late for one and it reminded me of a birthday I would have missed.

Since I love to read – it was a breeze to download Kindle for Iphone / Ipod and add several books (free books at that) – it’s almost too easy to read the books on this mini computer. Thanks to the timed shut off – it shut itself off when I fell asleep reading last night. Totally awesome.

My mail is all set to go to my iPod and I have received several already. Even the junk mail. But I have already sent several emails with this toy and gotten responses back. Nice . . . .

My contacts synced with my email contacts and I’ve added more – which in turn synced with the email account. Too easy.

With the weather icon, I can keep track of the weather in all the cities that my family and friends live in.

I’m not much of a gamer – so I haven’t downloaded any games yet, but give it time.
Everything that can be thought of is available out there as an app for this thing.

I bundled my 32gb ipod touch 3rd generation with the Ematic 11 in 1 Accessory kit and have already used the ear phone splitter and house charger, as well as the screen protector. Husband put on the screen protector and did an awesome job. I used the included back cover until my leather one got here.

I also got the Encore Music Power charger – charged that up, took it to work with me last night and recharged the battery on my Ipod so I could continue reading my book on break.

It is not a phone – although there is an app for that, and it does not take pictures (that’s what a Nikon Cool Pixs is for) – but I loaded it with pictures that I wanted to share with family and friends and they look great. So easy to zoom in and out.

In all, I would recommend this to everyone – it is super easy to use – not to mention a really cool gadget.

iPod touch 32GB For Xmas

My husband bought iPod touch 32GB for me for Xmas and I love it. I have a Blackberry phone I wasn’t ready to give up and this was the next great option. The apps are great and seem endless! I have great Medical apps on it for Oncology and nursing use which are free or reasonably priced, and the games are really fun.

The drawbacks are 2 things I’ve noticed…battery life SHOULD be much better for the price, and on gaming the outer perimeter of the touch screen is really slow to respond. Other than that the storage and sound are great and the graphics are neat.

Also downloadable wallpaper just shows up on the unlock screen…not the iPod screens themselves.

But I would but another one!

iPod touch 32GB – iPad jr.

I bought iPod touch 32GB as a test device to use while I was developing an iPhone app (apps work the same on the iPod touch as they do on iPhones) and I have really grown attached to it, I had the first mini iPod -the white stick, and enjoyed that til it died.

I picked up a 3rd gen nano when it came out and still use it in the car but the touch screen is really worth the additional size and cost. I don’t think I’ll buy an iPhone while they are tied to at&t (the Deathstar) so I’m glad that there is an alternative available. The wifi works fine, I would recommend having wifi set up at home if you are thinking of getting one of these, I feel like I’m missing a limb when I am out of range now.

Good price here on amazon too, less than the apple store and the same as my warehouse store.

The app I am working on is almost ready for it’s first upgrade, check it out in the itunes store under ShakyGlobe.

The one nice surprise about the apps is that one can use amazon app and read Kindle 2 books on this iPod touch 32GB. You can listen to sound [music] without earphones, but quality is not great. With good earphones the sound is very good! WIFI is ok except some internet access sites load at such fine print that one needs a magnifier to read the words.

With all the apps I am sure everyone can find something to enjoy!

Buy iPod Touch 32GB – From a Guy Who Is Not a Fan Of APPLE/MAC

what has impressed me most about this is its internet abilities. The screen allows you to zoom in which I did not expect. I purchased it because of the video and game capabilities. The only other player that comes close is the psp. But PSP (playstation portable) does not have the accessories that the ipod touch has or the compatibility to other things such as car stereos and nightstand radios. I only have two complaints and they are small.

1.) you can’t replace the battery yourself.

2.) I wish it had GPS. It is an excellent product if you want something to entertain you while you are traveling or waiting somewhere for something, which it seems I’m always doing. Also , one more thing , Itunes could use some work as compared to Realplayer. Realplayer is more user friendly.

Buy iPod Touch 32GB – Enjoyable and More Options

Until now my favorite was my five year old Dell 20 GB jukebox. I took the jump when my Dell started showing signs of old age. I was told it would be hard to convert all of my old music match files for use with the I-Pod Touch (I-tunes) format, but it was suprisingly easy.

I asked for one for christmas and got it. The 32 GB allowed me to transfer all of my music with room to spare and it was an easy and quick transfer. The only issue I have had with the I-Pod touch is battery life between charges. My Dell would last at least 8 hours of use between charges.

I have found the I-Pod touch to be about 3 – 3 1/2 hours. Overall I love it. My daughter also got one, and it matches up immediately with the “SYNC” in her Ford truck.

Two teens in the house are having a blast with their iPod Touch 32GB. In addition to music, they’ve discovered a world of applications that are fun and also educational (i.e., basic Spanish tutorial and Kanji writing support).

Highly recommended by this parent. One tip to other parents: there are a lot of free apps out there… but… be prepared for kids to want to purchase other apps for (usually) $1 or $2. You might want to consider giving them an Apple or Itunes gift card with their Ipod Touch.

Buy iPod Touch 32GB – Totally Amazed

The iPod Touch 3rd Generation is an amazing portable multi-tasking machine in a compact package. We are a family of 4 and each have these now (2 30g & 2 8g). We had the iPod original & nanos prior to this. Apple has packed SO many additional capabilities into this iPod that we no longer need blackberry’s for web or e-mail access as Wi-Fi sites are so plentiful now, we can download so many free app’s and games and continue to have the best quality in a MP3 player on the market.

Only now, we do not have to use head phones unless by choice. At this point – the only negative that I have it that our electrical outlet chargers that we used with the older generation iPod’s will not charge the iTouch. We have to use an iPod doc or a PC to charge them.

Buy iPod Touch 32GB – Some Quality Control Issues, But Still a Good Product

This is a huge improvement from the 2nd Generation since it is 2X faster overall and 4X faster FPS-wise in games.

Jailbreak is tethered for now, but it is still worth it for the extra customizability and extra features (run multiple apps at the same time)

The sound quality is a big improvement from the 1st Gen (I don’t know about the 2nd Gen)
iTunes for Windows is buggy, but Mac iTunes works flawlessly

Mine had a faulty home button, and my replacement had a pressing in corner; so apple need to improve their quality control on these

Buy iPod Touch 32GB – Awesome, Its an Apple Product

I have this product for about 2 weeks now. I have fallen in love with it. I have the nano and the 80gb classic. The sound quality difference is hardly noticeable. What I like about this is the user interface and the tonnes of applications.

I compared this to the Cowon s9 before buying this. I decided against the Cowon because of lack of applications and a cryptic user interface. I miss syncing the touch from linux though. I don’t expect an iTunes for linux.

If you only need an mp3 player then I think this is pricey and there are plenty of other options

Pros :
excellent build quality
excellent user interface
tonnes of applications

Cons :
no open-source format(ogg, flac) support
no linux support (overcome by creating a samba share on my linux box and pointing iTunes to this)
expensive

Buy iPod touch 32GB FOR MY DAUGHTER

I buy iPod touch 32gb for my 14 and 10 YEAR old daughter now my kids can drive me crazy everywhere with the loud speakers on the ipod touch. My kids love it. I thought there was an internal camera and there isn’t. We have 4 of them in the home and we couldn’t figure out how to have their own itunes account.

It took me a little while but I finally figured it out. Also, we now have two email accounts each because it wouldn’t let us use our hotmail accounts. Other then that it is a great product. The internet has been great and now my lap top is mine again.

Buy iPod touch 32GB – Low Cost Net Access

In early November 09 I suddenly needed to travel across the country. I couldn’t afford a laptop computer, didn’t really need (and couldn’t afford) a smart phone, but really wanted to be able to check email and have internet access.

I remembered a friend talking about using her iPod Touch, so I checked with her, and went ahead and ordered one. To be honest, I’ve never used it for playing music!

The sites I most often use have free apps that optimize their onscreen appearance for this device, so the small screen is not a problem, whether its being on facebook or reading the New York Times.

This is a wi-fi only device though, so you have to be able to find and be near a wifi zone. If you travel in rural areas it certainly will be a limitation – a smart phone might make more sense for you there, since if you have a cellphone signal, a smart phone will give you net access. But most of the time I want to use it, there is wifi nearby.

Highly recommended; for what it says it does, it does it beautifully.

I have had an iPod before, but I’ve never an ipod touch. But after I buy iPod touch 32gb from amazon I love it, it’s easy to use, I have apps and all my music. People complain about the fact there is no camera, but that doesn’t annoy me at all. I love this Ipod it’s easy to use, it connects to the internet, it’s small and easy to carry plus you can put apps from itunes on it and they’ve kept me busy for hours.

I haven’t put my ipod touch down since the minute I got it, I absolutely love it. My only problem is how easily finger prints are left on it, but I’m just going to get a case for it, problem solved It’s worth the price, it’s a great ipod.

I love this iPod! Facebook, mail, internet in general easy to use and use it frequently. Not all the applications convert to landscape which makes typing hard sometimes in the portrait orientation but it is something I can easily live with. I suggest a case or skin of some sort as the back can scratch and it is very slippery.

The skin makes it easier to hold and stay in place in pockets etc. My two sons have now also purchsed iPod Touch and love them as well. It is hard to put down. Definately a good product and Amazon was a good place to buy. The best price around and it was shipped in no time flat.

32GB iPod touch 3rd Generation – Great Toy

32gb iPod touch 3rd generation is one of the best toys I’ve ever owned, and although I wish it weren’t quite so expensive, I still think it was well worth the money.

So far I only have 3 “cons,” and two are mentioned elsewhere: The fact that voice commands only work with the headphones that come with it (and those headphones hurt my ears), and it only works with those headphones if you squeeze the thing on the cord. The other thing is that only the umbilical cord that comes with it works — the old ones don’t, so some charging accessories don’t either. I also miss the little squeeze buttons on the sides of the old cord — I feel like I’m forcing this one in, rather than gently snapping it in.

The third thing is that I wish it was easier to pause and play, as I often listen to audio books, so missing some words is more critical than missing some music. In order to pause you have to touch the home button, slide across the screen to unlock it, then click pause. If it’s sideways at the time I find it difficult to get it to pause the first time (the pause “button” is miniscule), so I usually turn it right side up and then hit pause. Doesn’t sound like much unless you are already multi-tasking…then it’s a pain in the butt.

Improvements over my iPod Classic: Volume adjustments on the outside of the case and an off button (which I’m still working on remembering). There are also some great apps, which was what helped me make the decision to purchase the 32gb iPod touch 3rd generation over the Zune. It’s also slimmer and lighter than my classic, and although the screen resolution doesn’t seem to be quite as sharp as my classic, it’s a whole lot bigger for watching movies. Also, again for audio book listeners, being able to “fast forward” and “rewind” is a HUGE improvement. The old ones only fast forwarded 20 seconds at a time, and didn’t rewind at all. The 32gb iPod touch 3rd generation  has a slide so you can skip around much, much, much easier, which has eliminated a lot of frustration from accidentally hitting the “next” button.

Then Internet browser seems to fly on my wi-fi, too.

I love everything else about 32gb iPod touch 3rd generation. Of course I always wish for longer battery life, but not at the expense of size, which was a big selling point for me.

I’ve had the 32gb iPod touch 3rd generation  for a year now, when it first came out & find it absolutely amazing. Upgraded to their 3G software, another great feature. (Although it wasn’t free ) I just thought, or rather hoped they’d do some forward thinking before the release of their newest 32gb iPod touch 3rd generation and include the camera functionality… Would’ve been nice.

Apple iPod touch 32GB – A Music Player, a Geek’s Toy

I bought this Apple iPod touch 32GB for my wife knowing that she had mentioned wanting to bring her music with her. Shortly after she first got it started, I introduced her to the AppStore and she never looked back.

She doesn’t use it for music, she uses it for the little apps, mostly games, organizers and so forth. The amount of free applications is daunting and, though you can find thousands of them, you will likely only see the “top 50″ of type, popularity and so forth. Digging deeper can bring to light some gems, but you rarely get past the “50″ mark without having to go online to do your own research.

The cryptic way that the Apple iPod touch 32GB works with iTunes and you music files has _always_ kept me from getting an iPod… I’ve personally vowed never to get one for myself because of the way it is handled. We’ve had some synchronizing accidents, erasing all downloaded applications, because of the way that you have to set up iTunes to work with the device. Simply annoying. Although I’ve had Mac owners tell me that iTunes works far better on a Mac, they still have to deal with this cryptic method of setting up the device. I know it is a method of self-preservation, but it is the main stumbling block that keeps me from investing further in any purchased items.

Other than that, it’s an organizer, alarm clock, wireless network finder and browser. It can do anything that the iPhone can do without the $60+data monthly fee. (Well, except make calls like a mobile phone and browse GPRS or 3G… ) She enjoys it and that’s what matters to me.

Apple iPod touch 32GB – My Fiancee Is Like a Kid In a Candy Store With This iPod

He can’t get enough of this 3rd generation Apple iPod touch 32GB. He takes it EVERYWHERE! Every time he discovers something else he can do with it, he has to call and tell me. He has had so much fun with the touch screen and looking at the screen from different angles. He’s really not that easily entertained, but with this, the entertainment never stops for him.

Though I can do some incredible things with it knowing that the core is Unix, it’s “closed system” requires you to do all of your restricted shopping/buying from the App Store. A money maker for Apple, but keeps the device woefully inside a tight confine of limits for it’s potential. The homebrew scene requires a Mac, no exceptions.

I enjoy it and my wife loves it! But I, personally, find the pain points of being force fed Apple products in a perpetual stream of Apple services via advertising and the App Store, plus the automation of iTunes handling along with the glut of advertising there, to simply not be for me.

Apple iPod touch 32GB – So Very Pleased!

I had searched high amd low for this Apple iPod touch 32GB and I just knew the “Black Friday” sales would have it at a great bargin but….NOT. As well as those supose to be “Better than Black Friday” sales many stores were offering. A friend remined me to look on Amazon and low and be hold they had the best deal $183.99 flat. I oreded it 5 days before Christmas and recieved Apple iPod touch 32GB before Christmas and didnt pay extra for shipping. Thats my kind of shopping. The Apple iPod touch 32GB arrived just like I got it out of the store and it works great. I am soooo very pleased!!!
