How Do You Install Windows 7 To A Netbook?
I have an acer netbook, and it’s loaded with windows vista. I’d like to upgrade to windows 7 but i can’t install it with the disc because there is no drive, therefore i’d like to know if anybody knows a way to install it?

Attach an external drive, or transfer the install files to a USB drive and attach that. (You can also make the USB drive bootable if you need to, but it’s not mandatory for initiating the setup — you really only need to boot for the install if you have drive partitioning to do, or if you’re moving from 32-bit to 64-bit.)
If you already have a copy of Windows 7 in physical media (DVD) then you can follow Yeti’s example. If you still have yet to buy Windows 7 (hard to tell from your question) then you can download an ISO file (“disc image”) and create a bootable USB drive using the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, available here: http://store.microsoft.com/Help/ISO-Tool
Read the article on that site to learn more about how to install. Good luck!
